EXO Aminos SMS Opt-In
Public documentation of how customers consent to marketing and non-marketing SMS. No login or cart required.
What this SMS program is
EXO Aminos sends automated text messages in two categories, each with its own optional consent checkbox:
- Marketing / promotional — sales, product announcements, restocks, and special offers.
- Non-marketing / transactional — order confirmations, payment and shipping updates, delivery notifications, and account or service alerts.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile numbers are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.
How customers opt in
Consent is collected on our website through two optional opt-in paths. On both paths, SMS checkboxes appear directly under the phone number field, start unchecked, and are separate from required Terms acceptance.
1. Checkout address step (https://exoaminos.com/checkout)
On the phone-number collection screen, the customer sees two optional, unchecked checkboxes: one for marketing texts and one for non-marketing order/account updates. Each has its own full disclosure (purpose, frequency, data rates, STOP/HELP, not a condition of purchase) plus Privacy Policy and SMS Terms links. Customers may leave either or both unchecked and still complete their purchase. Checkout requires items in the cart, so the screenshots below document the flow for reviewers.
2. Website welcome offer popup (https://exoaminos.com)
Visitors can request a welcome discount code by email. Directly under the phone field, the same two optional unchecked SMS checkboxes (marketing and non-marketing) appear with full disclosures. Visitors can decline both and still receive their code by email.
